Possible cure for MS

So I was watching the news after some television shows on Thursday night. While watching there was a lady that has been on experimental medication and she had gone from not having sensations in her feet and hands and horrible tremors and other things and all of these were reversed through this medication. So as I was watching this I thought this was amazing and I would love to see a cure occur for this disease and at the same time I was mad that two years after my mom passed away there was now possibly a cure. UGH! So then I was sad but then my crazy mind started going....ask my dad I get a little crazy in my thought patterns. So then I started into that I was sad my mom was gone, but if my mom wasn't gone then we wouldn't have Vicki in our lives and I am SOOO grateful for her and love her. but then I started feeling guilty that I was possibly happy to have Vicki which meant I didn't have my mom. So that is where my crazy mind starts going and cycling around and around. So on Friday I had to call my dad and get a reality check. And luckily he was able to give it to me.

I definitely miss my mom and would love to have her here, especially if she was healthy and doing well. And I definitely am very grateful for the blessing of Vicki in my life. She is wonderful and makes my life easier. I am also very grateful for sweet Kevin who doesn't always know what to do with me but held me and let me cry. Then of course there is my dad who will tell me what the truth is and give me a reality check.

Though life isn't always easy I am blessed!

Vegas and camera

We were getting ready to go to Vegas and all of a sudden I realized I couldn't find my camera. I looked high and low and thought about where I was going and when I last had it. I looked outside and was driving Kevin crazy cause I couldn't find the camera..... luckily my neighbor found it outside and returned it. However, I didn't get it back until after I was back from Vegas so no pictures.

We were going down to Vegas with some of our friends. We were set up so that I took Kevin to work and then was going to pick him up on the way out of town. However, when I got there to pick him up I realized I had left some stuff at home so had to turn around and come back. (No we aren't married yet but we just have one car between the two of us).

We had a great time, didn't do a whole lot but lay around. We did go to the aquarium at the Mandlay Bay and that was pretty amazing. However, every time we walked by a wedding chapel I would look at Kevin and say....well should we.... come on... or some stupid statement about just getting married. Kevin would answer "my mom would kill me." So I thought it would b e funny to tell my family we had just gotten married. Sausha didn't believe for a second and called me a liar....of course I did it through text message as opposed to calling. My dad at least played a long for a while but when he told me great now he didn't have to give me any money I told him I was lying.
We were just gone for a couple of days but it was good to get away for a little while. Now we are back and back to work.

thinking about blogging

So I was laying in bed thinking about blogging and what I needed to write and how I should write it. That is when I knew it that I hadn't blogged in a while and needed to get back to writting. So my computers back and now I need to get back into the habit again.

computers

I love and hate computers at the same time. My camera was getting slow because of all teh pictures on the memory card so I went through and put them all on my computer and erased them from my memory card and then...... my computer crashed. They have fixed the computer but I lost everything that hadn't been backed up including all of those pictures. However, most of them made it on facebook so that is good.

Lots of fun and lots of craziness.

But I am starting to feel stable and settled again. I still need to get all my pictures up though. Other then that not much.

been missing

SO I know I have been missing from the blogging world. I will be definitely getting more pictures up soon. I have been doing the HCG diet over the last couple of weeks which is taking more time cause I am actually cooking. And I am just way busy as of late. I only got to see Kevin and Danniqa for a whole half hour on my birthday because work was sooooooo crazy. So I am also having a hard time balancing everything and figuring how to do it all. But today was fun.... here is a run down of what we did.

Wake up 8 am.
Read for a while, clean house.
9:30am Kevin came over.
9:45 go pick up Danniqa from her grandmas
Go to Target and Walmart in order to find stuff for Christmas
Go BUY A CHRISTMAS TREE!!!
Go thru the drive thru at McDonald's for lunch for Kev and Danni.... I ate something different
Come home drop the Christmas tree off and get it in the stand.
Go to Kevin's parents house and get some Christmas decorations
Come home and put lights on teh tree, realize we don't have enough and send Kev back to the store.
Danniqa and I then make paper plate angels, paper plate snowman, a cone santa claus while waiting for Kevin.
Then finish putting the lights on.
Danniqa then put the ornaments on the tree they are in a small square space on the lower part of the tree.
Make popcorn garland - Danni didn't want to so she went downstairs to play.
Danni came up and told me she wants to watch a movie with me.... She wants me to lay down on the couch and she snuggles up with me and "watches" a movie.... she was asleep before the previews were over.
Make dinner
Finish the garland
Feed everyone
Do dishes
Have Danni change into Pj.
Send Kevin back to the store for something else I forgot
Read a book, an article from the friend and a chapter from scriptures with Danni. (She is getting so good and is reading more and more words on her own!)
Prayers
Tuck Danni in bed.
Sit down on the couch at 7:45pm and wonder were the day has gone and realized I got NO work done today.... oopps.

It has been a very fun day. Christmas is up and I am excited about it.

Just a day

By the end of Wednesday's I am ususally really tired. I watch my friends little 7 month old Bryton, My 2 year old nephew Royal and then I get to have Danniqa with me which is fun. I am always amazed between, feeding, naps, gymnastics, entertaining and etc how tired I am at the end of the day. Mom's I think you are great! So here was a little fun we had yesterday. We went to the park and found some great piles of leaves on the way.

Canada in November

We decided to go to Canada for a few days before Christmas to see Kevin's mom and his sister Becky and her family. We were only there for a couple fo days but we did go to Banff which is a resort town now far from were Becky lives. So we were in Calagary most of the time were Becky lives but here are some great pictures of Banff.
